CheyRayne  Spa & Meditation is a small business. We lose money when you don’t  show up for your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice.  We  require 24 or more hours notice if you can not make it to your appointment. 

Gift Cards purchased only at the spa are Non-Refundable. Services listed are not guaranteed for immediate availability, and can change without notice. Please book online for your service of choice.

 A  50% fee will be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.  You may not re-book until paid. Same day cancellations, or no shows will result in a 50% charge of the service. You will be sent an invoice to pay these fees and you will not be able to re-book until the fees are paid in full. You will not be able to wait until your next appointment and add the fee to your total. Fees must be paid prior to your re-booking with the spa. 

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show, as your appointment will not be able to be completed in the time slot scheduled, and you will be required to pay for the full price of your service, with the option of a smaller service package that falls within the time allotted, but at the original scheduled service price providing there is an opening to accommodate. If you think you may arrive late, you must call to let us know. More than two cancellations, no shows,  or rescheduling without proper notification, you will no longer be able to book with CheyRayne Spa & Meditation. Our time is valuable as a small business owner and we ask that you please respect that. 

Minors: When booking an appointment for a minor, a parent/guardian over the age of 25 must be present to fill out paperwork.

Minors under the age of 16 must have parent/guardian remain on site for the duration of the appointment time. 

Minors under the age of 16 may not get Bikini wax services. 

Minors 16 or older must have parent consent for bikini waxing services. 

Parent is required to be at the appointment.

Minors may NOT get Brazilian Bikini wax services.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates expire ONE YEAR from DATE of PURCHASE,  however the value may change over time. Be advised that if you present  an old certificate, our prices may have changed and your gift certificate may not reflect the current value and you may have to pay  the difference.

 If you cancel  outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy, you may risk voiding your  gift certificate completely. Please check expiration date prior to  booking your appointment.

 No more  than one  gift certificate can be used in one visit. If you have  obtained more than one gift certificate you may not use them both in one  day. 

You must book two separate appointments on two separate days. If you have a  gift certificate, you must mention that at the time of booking.

 If  you have a gift certificate, you are only allowed one appointment  reschedule. Your gift certificate will be voided if you try to  reschedule more than one time. 

Product return:   All product sales are final once it leaves the spa.  

Waxing Policies: You must come to your appointment showered and ready for your service.  Cleansing wipes are available upon request. Please hydrate.  

 You Must come to your waxing appointment sober. If we think you might be inebriated on any sort of substance, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged for it. If you smell of alcohol or marijuana, you will be asked to reschedule and you will be charged  for the price of your appointment.
